CoDiscovery

CoDiscovery, or "learning with," shifts the dentist out of the authoritative / expert role and into more of a collaborative-leadership role. Additionally, it encourages care team members to participate in helping patients identify issues, goals, priorities, and support good decision-making.

CoDiscovery is specifically designed for person-centered, health-centered, comprehensive care practices (including TMD, airway and esthetic). If you are currently working within that practice model, or aspire to move towards it, this workshop is for you!
